Computerization helps us stay efficient to minimize the time you spend in our office, whether it is with submitting insurance forms or creating estimates or appointment scheduling.

Insurance

Electronic Claims Submission which is a joint service between most insurance carriers and our office allows us to automatically send your insurance forms to your insurance company via our computers. This means quicker reimbursement from your insurance company. Please note that you are responsible for any co-payments on your account.

Our Fees

Our fees are based on the Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide. You can help keep the fees low by: Arriving on time for appointments and giving us at least 48 hours notice if you have to reschedule.

Payment

Payment is expected as services are rendered. However, we can discuss a custom payment plan to suit your needs. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, post-dated cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Debit.
